*Beginnen Sie die Räucherung mit weißem Salbei. Räuchern Sie die Ecken Ihres Raumes, Gegenstände, Türen und Fenster gründlich aus und denken Sie dabei daran, den Raum und die Gegenstände von ihrer schlechten Energie zu befreien.
*Machen Sie dasselbe mit Palo Santo.
*Lassen Sie den Salbei und Palo Santo auf natürliche Weise ausgehen.
*Wenn Sie fertig sind, lüften Sie den Raum noch 10 Minuten lang, bis Sie sehen, dass kein Rauch mehr vorhanden ist.

Hallo, da sich in meiner Wohnung anscheinend schlechte Energien befinden würde ich gerne ausräuchern.Ich habe jedoch 2 Katzen.Natürlich würde ich sie woanders hinkriegen wärend des Räuchern und dann gut lüften mit Balkonien und Ventilator.Wie lange sollten die Katzen weg bedingten? Was ist besser Salbei oder Weihrauch? Ich möchte auf keinen Fall dass sie schaden nehmen aber auch sie fühlen sich ganz offensichtlich durch irgend etwas hier nicht wohl.
